The membership of SEMBA includes people from the Tri-state area of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. The board initially approved one hundred charter memberships, which have been filled, but we continue to seek new association members. Membership fees are used to defray expenses. The annual membership fee is currently $20 for family membership and $25 for band membership. Members receive the informative monthly newsletter, “Bluegrass Notes”.
